Alexander Pichushkin's History

Alexander Pichushkin began following the trial of Soviet Union's worst serial killer, André Chikitilo. To try to keep his aggressions and anger under control he began to drink vodka. He would then take a video camera with him when crossing paths with children. Alexander was questioned about those murders but there just wasn't enough evidence in the police let him go. It isn't known if this scared him enough to stop him for some years but he didn't kill again until 2001.
