I think there's so much power in this delayed gratification. In all aspects of life, but especially if you're just getting started in your fitness,. Your body composition change journey, like just go into it expecting delayed gratification. And because it will come and when it comes, it starts it compounds that consistency compounds are one of my favorite words or favorite phrases. It is very rewarding when you make the right decision for seconds when you don't need it. We don't overload our plate with food every single time we eat. You'll feel good about yourself again once you start to learn these reward feels better than finishing out a plate. So try making the right choice over the worst choice at times
