How to Get Feedback on an Elective

At the end of a two-week elective, I would ask for feedback on how I'm doing. And then by at the end of elective,. I would send them an email, you know, thanking them. Sometimes I would attach a document with like three different or some patient cases where I was maybe more involved in to help trigger their memory. Just for myself to have a record of patients that were more notable to me so that I could talk about it for interviews and have it as kind of a reservoir. You guys are full of such good advice.
