There are realities where the whole universe is full of random lifeless rocks except for a giant citadel on which thousands of Boltzmann brains think they're from different universes and can travel through space and time. There's another where it's the same but with one more person, one less, or even where the vending machine with soda on the third floor has just one less cannon in it. This is the craziness of numbers or permutations so big they would collapse into black holes if they were written out. If many words exist they are people who firmly believe they travel them and are able to provide evidence they do regardless of whether it is possible or not.
