Is Pipe Line an Issue for Ecomes Agencies?
When agencies gets like ten or 15 pipe line becomes less f their issue and it becomes a people problem. Developeevt just needs to become something that is constant in the business. And i feel like that and process can go side by side, because you need to have the process in place to hire the people to scale the team. Otherwise it's a load of people just running around doing whatever they think is best for them,. which is super unprofitable.
