There's a reflex that so many, why do i eat? To check in how you're feeling. Am i really hungry, or am i just tressed? Or am i tired? Maybe it's better just get up and walk for 15 minutes,. Instead of reflexively grabbing the bag of chips a. So are you eating on the go? I'm in front of the computer, while standing up in the kitchen, all those things i i've been shown t that we'll eat more, up to forty % more, but enjoy less. That's very unfortunate, cause food is to be enjoyed, which is about how we eat.
