How Does the Sunlight Affect Your Sleep?

The timing of your light exposures is a bit like an anchor for your body's clock. If you expose yourself to lots of high intensity light that's rich in short wave lengths, then you will tend to shift your bedtime earlier. Your proximity to windows actually have quite a strong effect on the intensity of light they uare exposed. And if you can't get outside for whatever reason, then you should understand that simple things like your proximity to windows are really important.
