The media covering the case revealed that calan and chris had been married before, and there was some indication of turmoil in at least one of their relationships. Leana could have returned home after finding that the quirks were out, putting her home by five 20 or so. Her mother didn't call police until eight forty eight p m. And we don't know how thoroughly they looked into the x wife, but we awys say that raises some flags.
