Christian Mysticism in the Middle Ages

Southern Spain in the 12th and early 13th centuries is clearly a place we need to stop off on our journey through esoteric history. Think of Ibn Rushd widely known by his Latin name Veruiz and Ibn Adebi a kind of Sufi proclist meets William Blake. The middle ages also gave rise to an astounding flowering of what has been called Christian mysticism.
