Kurt: Agile transformation can only be successful when structure and culture go hand in hand. I think that the narrative style the story the case study the examples that you use is quite refreshing in terms of style. And I learned a lot from it. No, I'm not sure I'm able to always execute some of those things but I'm trying every day is an opportunity right.
