How to Give a Speech

When you want to give a speech, the first time you really need to take your time and ask first some questions. So for example, who is actually my audience? Are they experienced? Are they not experienced? Do they know me? Do they love me? Or do they don't like me? Whatever. And this is what you have to ask. How do you approach it? Yes. I use my four step of four formula. The first step is planning. The second step is brainstorming. The firststep is organization. And then it comes to the structure.
