The Texas Abortion Law Is a Trapling of First Amendment Rights
The texas law is not just ah the trampling of abortion rights, but you see fundamental other principles, constitutional principles, that are thrown under the buss as well. We hear from our callers every day that they're working to make ends meet and it's just not financially reasonable to bring an additional member into their family. The majority of access reproductive justice callers are in their twenties, report being low income or having no income at all, and identify as black, indigenous, pepile of color. So we know that this the that abortion access is a socio economic issue.
