The paper was titled, identifying opportunities for skilful weather predictions in interpretable nerral networks. The thinking here is that a lot of neural network or machine learning tasks are often amed - with enough data we can get the correct answer all the time. But this is where, again, we come back to this concept that on the time scales we're talking about with leather climate prediction, we will never get it a hundred % right ever.
