Do We Want to Peg to a Dollar or Bicoin?

A ry has sort of like a loating peg. I think it's probably about three bucks. But in my lick, i think of it as like d volatie, ot word etheria,. Like if you can sort of like own crypto, but like take the volatility out of it, in a way. And to me, that's kind of the core proposition to biccoin. They wantit to be money, but money doesn't go uforever.
