California Energy Commission - What's Your Association's Response to That Bill?
There are efforts by state lawmakers a right now to require oil refiners to publicly disclose how much they're paying for crude oil and how much theyre making from selling a gasoline. I saw that transparency is important, that we already have an organization that does that. We're looking at this opportunity right now to talk about why consumers are paying more at the pump. You know, it really comes down to markets. And right now there's a ton of uncertainty.
