The Cost of Adoption

In some countries, anonymous donation is considered a human rights violation and is illegal. Colorado will become the first state to ban anonymous sperm and egg donation in 2025. Adoption costs range from $0 to $60,000; international or inter-country adoption can run you up to $50,000.

One in six people globally is affected by infertility—and that means getting pregnant can be expensive. Today, we'll talk about the different types of fertility treatments available like IUI and IVF, how to budget for those costs, and some of the ethical implications of the topic at large.
