In the Summa, Thomas talks about how it's necessary to take a horse to Paris. He jokes that he has to walk everywhere because of his mendicant vows. But in curdias homo, not once does Anselman speak about the resurrection. So I do think that's a valid critique. Any theology of redemption which doesn't see the cross and Easter Sunday as sort of intimately linked is wrong.
