Is There a Tolerance to Scaling?

Troy: I feel that there's like a sentiment on the internet that everything sucks. Even, you know, Apple TVs interface now feels like a racket because they're mostly advertising stuff. And maybe people are just willing to create really good things that aren't at a huge scale. Maybe scale is also a problem because the second you start scaling something, it kind of becomes shit.
