Is There a Requirement for 20% of Global Production?

I think having 20% of global production as like a quasi reserve is a big shock. I don't really know how that conversation will go. And you know, what happens if a country then feels that, hey, no, at this point of time, we need to keep up that capacity? Right. So vaccine in that sense, I think had some foreign policy benefits attached to it, but if you gave it to COVAX, which looks nice, but diplomatically, the benefits of giving it to a country like Brazil and saying that,hey, look, we are here for you makes a lot more sense.
