The most important part is, first of all, you know, get started. Give your teams the freedom to explore it. What i've seen there, specifically on one of my customers in life science, a do was to really involve the business functions to business analysts as early as possible in a project. The more you can do to be open and transparent and say, look, this is how it really helps you, the more trust you will gain.
