The Future of FDA Approved Experimental Treatments

The Supreme Court could decide this on sex discrimination crowns. The dissent says Tennessee's law likely discriminates against plaintiffs on the basis of sex and violation of the equal protection clause. But it's not particularly persuasive to me that a male taking testosterone is different than a female taking testosterone because the law already included exceptions.
