Art Station Isn't a Cryptographic Platform but It's a Start
I do feel like the criticism of web 3 and crypto really made a difference over the past two years whether that was forcing journalists to have to say look this is actually gonna hurt a lot of people we're not really sure. I think artists might have a harder fight in that these tools could be used to be in conjunction with artists with alongside artists for nonprofit reasons but instead they're being funded by corporations that are interested in replacing artists so it is neat to see artists on a website like art station take a really strong sand and say they do not want any AI-generated art on the platform. It's also cool that some of the artists were like we think that these datasets are unethically
