Mark C. Varela ran for a seat in the country's Court of Common Pleas in August of 1994. After law school, he went to Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. As a judge, because he wins, he becomes known for the fact that he is a harsh sentence or and also kind of like he likes to be kind of the judge duty dude.
