Is There a Good Pipeline of Product Leaders?
Historically product teams have often found themselves kind of underrepresented at that top table. When they get there, they don't always seem to have the relevant chops to make a good impact. You definitely see some of that and strategy people may be coming into product management. It's usually not their first role. But if you get to the point where there is a fairly sizable organization and there's a very, very senior product leader, usually they're arguing for massive and scary levels of investment.
