We rely mainly on free lancers. We didn't want tod make that mistake of hiring, what, say, 20 or 30 people and then having to lay off 50 % of the staff. And so we're probably likely going to hire away more time people after a series,. So watch out for that. But in the meantime, for se financing, you are very, very careful that we want to grow susinably.
