What's the General Mood in World War I?
John Berry, Professor of Tulane University: World War I left a lot of chaos. Margaret McMillan, Professor at University of Oxford: There was a longing for some sort of better world. In January 1919, all the allied leaders come together in Paris. John tells us that when the president of the United States, Woodrow Wilson arrived in Paris, huge crowds turned out to see him.
