What Do You Mean by Planning?

When i started teaching, the bulk of my time was spent thinking of activities for children to do. In planning, it can be anything from thoughts over washing up about what you're going to teach and how exactly you will explain a certain thing. Effectively, it's anything that relates to the following three questions: What do you want children to be able to do or know at the end of this lesson? And how you exactly how you were intendi to make that thinking happen. That's how i define it, along with all the o the bits and pieces i noted.
