The Flattening of the Property Price Curve in Colorado

A lot of these higher priced markets or metro areas fall in what I call blue states. A lack of inventory and there's still buyer consumer demand out there for housing, it's really keeping prices in check. These markets have appreciated a little bit too much too fast for a long period of time. And now they just need to take a breather because income doesn't necessarily rise as fast as property values.
