And then all the other parts are who are burdened by protecting against this part or protecting this part from being hurt further can be freed from their roles. So it's a process of unburdening that becomes central, but there's also a process of unblending as well. They work on how we enter into a relationship with these parts so that they're cooperative and harmonious.
