HR - Is There a CFO at the Right Hand?

There's the opportunity for HR to start leading, not playing catch up. I'm still quite disappointed, quite shocked, that so many put the CFO at the right hand of the CEO around the sort of strategic direction of the business. And yet when you look at the cost of capital now, it bears no relation in terms of value and return on investment to the cost of human capital. It should be almost that scrum master approach,. which is something I'm currently learning is to become an agile scrum master.
