Manifold.xyz is where everybody can go to buy NFTs and mint their own contract. When I first started selling my work as NFTs it was on a shared contract on OpenSea so you don't own the contract. They have incredible like YouTube style video tutorials on how to mint your own contract. It really makes it easy for artists to use and it's free other than the transaction fees to mint the contract are to the NFT which over time changes.
