Is China the Most Powerful Nation in Space?
The chinese are, according to the pentagon's own judgment, at parity with the united states. Middle powers like iran or north korea may not have lots of satellites themselves, but they can also influence space in a military sense. There need to be more specific laws governing conduct in space. The current guidance just isn't enough. All this seems to confirm what we were hearing from our space lawyer michel in part three.
