The US government dumped 600 million barrels of oil in an effort to suppress the price of oil, says Peter Bergen. The move was motivated by desire to get the price down for the midterm elections, he adds. But if Biden continues to do this, "we will be out of strategic reserves and this game will be over," writes Bergen.
