Are You OK With a Solo 401k?
Ben Jammon: Is it still okay for your S Corp to have a solo 401k? What is the sweet spot for minority ownership for it to be okay? 49, 30 or less. It doesn't hurt to keep good operational balance in there two or three months. But I don't think it hurts you to really drain it from at least an asset protection standpoint.
