Is Machine Learning a New Tool?

Young people have been using simulation in their university environment and started working. They came into an environment where colleagues had been working already 10, 20, 30 years doing the same thing. Machine learning as a as a new let's say not new as such but you know since algorithms and computing power have come together that we can now easily apply more easily apply it. Then maybe guys women like yourself come in and show a different way of doing things.
