Dugan's Arguments Aren't Influenced by Puton, Right?

I don't think dugan influenced poton to be the way that he is, right? This is just me speculating why, because i'm not privy to what's going on in the qreblin. A, i think though, that dugan is aone ant ideological mouthpiece for a lot of puton's ideas. And you can sometimes see echoes of dugan's arguments in the kind of rhetoric that puton will use. It wouldn't surprise me if maybe he skims over ducans works, picks up all thes kinds of arguments, and then articulates.
