The best essay still come from those people who use the resources. If you aren't looking out for that bias, then you're just going to keep favoring the people who already have the pie. I don't think we should just handicap people because they came from good backgrounds. It's just about how do you get a wider group of people to be part of these institutions that can really change people's lives?
