"I think some people are incapable of relaxing too it's like the uh so they might as well be productive no but it's like there's so many people nowadays you hear you hear so many people like oh my god i'm so busy and then the person they're talking to is like oh no no you think you're busy no listen let me tell you i'm busy," he says. "It's like the busy olympics like everyone's fighting to be fucking busier than the next person and half the time they don't have shit going on but everyone just wants to be busy", adds Goggins.
