The Risk of Existential Risk in AI

Sally Kohn: AI is surprisingly similar to how the human brain works. It's not like the computers we've come to know over the last 40 years, it's totally different. She says that when you're thinking about the risk and thinking about how these things are going to operate, that risk and operation is somewhat in line with human risk and operation. Kohn: Some people made very strong predictions that this model of AI would not work well. And they haven't updated their own predictions about doom and gloom.
