i don't fully have my head wrapped around that, you know. Being able too find any sort of way to centre yourself or feel feel good in your own mind is really, really important. It's not always like, simple, as simple as like, you know, meditation, a or something like that. But i think the pro when, when you're on tours is almost like this dionysian life style, where whatever helps you get through the day can be at your disposalve day. I've got a new appreciation for what it did to me mentally, and what i kind of can do to help improve my mental thought processes on toor a come coming back to it
