The End of the Cold War

Nato was not causal in creating putton or bringing him to power. But it is one of the consequences, amongst many other consequences, that decisions made in the nineties set the conditions for a puton like figure to come to power. And really embodyd the reactionary movement to the nineties and the loss of a soviet power and russian power. That's a very interesting story. I wish the story had turned out differently, but it hasn't.
