Michele's previous book was on atism, but that is a label and the stigma. We didn't really talk about people with autism as having success in the world. But to day, we have ottism hiring programmes at computer coading companies. And those two things, the two sort of sides of the spectrum. The people who really, really need help and the people who didn't get maybe noticed before, but had real struggles social and in communication are all being helped by diversity movement. It's a tide that raises all boats.
