The Benefits of Pilates
I feel like I'm getting stronger with the Pilates, but it's not in the way of my arms becoming really buff. You're able to just be walking around feeling good versus like, yeah, I had a great workout, but I can't walk for shit. Do you have smoothie after work? It depends on your day. But if I'm feeling hungry, then I'm definitely going to eat. If you just going to work out and then just go crate, go to town is counter productive as well.
