The Best Greek Food in Crete

In Crete, everything closes by late October. You can still swim in the ocean but pools are freezing cold because they aren't heated. There's a wonderful little place in Rathimo where this guy makes pastry and you can see him making it on a machine by hand. The phyllo pastry is also amazing to watch them do these thin sheets of pastry.
