Keith has somewhat of an advantage on especially in comparison to a more junior BC is just his level of like inbound means that he can be almost purely reactive and so is allowed to be much more bottoms up. I tend to just look at the markets where I feel like I'm actually just by by default from either my work situation or prior hobbies or habits learning a lot about them. In sleep that might be like one idea in real estate it might be one idea of financial services and then typically if anything like that market almost like goes on the back burner for a little bit for me but then eventually I get another idea pops up in my head.
