Trust and Optimism in Teamwork

Trust and optimism are key to a team's psychological safety. A leader can either engender that trust or destroy it very, very easily. One of the recipes for not being as successful as you'd like is one that i see often in large organizations: teams get time sliced so they don't have enough time.
