The Relativist View of Judges in Hard Cases
Dork: It was funny reading Lighter his response to this, which is to actually delve into those particular cases that Dworkin considers further. He seems to be saying, well, in these cases, you can very clearly understand why the guy that wanted to deny the man, the inheritance for killing, because this is just a judge that looking at his other cases at the time was super moralistic. And damn the law, it's not fair that he should cash in on this.
