In North Carolina you can inject pork butt into a natal and instead of saline or local anesthetic we'll use barbecue sauce. I think this is a perfect example of where technology is taking us that will ultimately benefit our trainees and our colleagues that are wanting to learn more regional. This would be a great way to start someone along the path so I think this could be one of the ways that you could address it.
