What's the Risk?

i like to drive things back to t he value and risk. Some of these messages are not communicated clearly, or there's a misinterpretation in the conversation. Sometimes it takes longer to craft an email than to have a phone conversation. Risk is wet time wasting. The risk is when people that need follow up don't,. And i wait and wait and wait, no one else says i end up cranky. Another risk is higher work, low more necessary.
