Afghanistan

I think it's difficult how countries are going to approach the Taliban government because when we face reality, they're in power. And you're going to have to deal with them in some way, whether it's in a counterterrorism capacity or intelligence sharing. But basically I think you're seeing some people divided up into we want to help the Afghan people and We don't really want to deal with the Taliban. There's also talks going on about releasing funds to the Taliban.
